To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please review our booking policy: • No Refunds – All bookings are final, and we do not offer refunds for any reason. • Rescheduling – We require at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule your lesson. Any changes made with less notice will result in the lesson being forfeited. • Respect & Conduct – We strive to create a positive and professional environment. Please be polite and respectful to our instructors and staff at all times. • Appropriate Behavior – We do not tolerate any form of inappropriate behavior.
